“Getting my mo-jo back…”
Over the past two years I had been experiencing many significant changes and challenges in different areas of my life, including family, business and health. I had been somewhat rolling with the changes, but realized rolling with them wasn’t helping. Over time, I lost my energy, motivation and drive – and I mean really lost it: in other words, I lost my ‘mo-jo’!
I tried to turn things around for myself by doing what I always did - talking with people and voraciously reading books. But nothing was working. I decided to attend a New Easy Women weekend in the hope that I could get my ‘mo-jo’ back there.
I knew I wanted to stop over-intellectualizing things, but I had previously resisted letting go of my intellect and allowing myself to ‘feel’ more - to work more from my heart and spirit. It felt to me like if I did that I would lose it, like it was either my intellect or my feelings. Through individual coaching and energy work during the New Easy Women weekend, I had a huge realization that I didn’t have to let go of my intellect completely. Instead of compartmentalizing it, I integrated my intellect with the whole of me, and invited it to evolve along with me. That was such a relief to me and a major ‘aha’ moment.
Now I feel like I have a new and better way of looking at things and have re-discovered the unlimited and powerful energy available to me – I definitely have my ‘mo-jo’ back – and more!
I feel more optimistic and powerful about moving through these current and future changes in my life. I have a more effective way of interacting with others, for us each to mutually achieve high levels of potential.
I would say to women reading this that if you know something needs to change in how you’re living, being or doing in your life, get yourself to a New Easy Women weekend. It’s hard to explain in words what you get, but through listening, discussion and connecting with universal energy, you’ll not only discover new ways to operate magnificently, you’ll realize you’re not alone. The gentle, yet firm and knowing power with which Deb and Lynne lead, along with the active participation from fellow participants make for a magical and door-opening experience.
