Greetings!
Hope this fine February finds you well. The picture at right is from our New Easy Women weekend in Israel this January. Such incredibly powerful women! After our weekend we ran a one day workshop with some of the most powerful coaches in Israel. We also did some 'two on one' coaching sessions. Each experience was amazing in it's own right, it's difficult to find the language to convey just how awe inspiring the whole experience was. It was such a privilege to work there, to be there. We love Israel!!! Our time there also proved transformative for both of us and the NEW movement. There was a 'completion' for us and NEW in Israel. Certainly we were working at, and in, a vibration beyond where we'd ever taken a group before. And there was a real knowing that what we were doing at this beautiful convent high in the hills of Jerusalem was far beyond the 14 women that came together for the weekend. Things did shift, not only for all of us there, but for all of Israel and the planet. Lynne, Miri and Anat Hanna know that there is now work for them to do together in Israel.....more information to follow as it develops. As far as New Easy Women goes - wow - it has entered another realm. Jerusalem was the birthplace of New Easy Women - Middle East, to be created and evolved by Miri Naveh. Lynne and Deb will be working in their respective countries, at least for now. Something new has been birthed - so new we are not exactly sure what it will look like - but we do know it will be wonderful - and easy! Enjoy! |

New Easy Women Trust Their Own Knowing
She Said / She Said Deb says: New Easy Women trust their own knowing. There is a place in you that really does know what it knows. How cool is that? And where the heck is it you might ask...! For me, it is easy to access that 'place' when I know myself as the biggest me that has ever been. For those of you who've attended our workshops you know that it is easy to get there by doing the breathe, relax and expand exercise - and it really is as simple as that. I just did this exercise with my college class at UMass Lowell as we completed a unit on the development of the self-concept. Once we had explored some the of theoretical, psychological terms, I decided it was time to have an experience of the self beyond what most people experience... And it is a pretty incredible place to be. When you choose to experience your most expansive self, your most magnificent self, when you begin to know yourself 'beyond self' - all those things that interfere with your knowing, and trusting your knowing, fall away. There are no 'shoulds', there are no worries about what people may think, and what may have been fear in a smaller version of you transforms into excitement at the new, at the unknown. You know - and you know that you know. Trust is implicit in the knowing and it is so. Lynne says: well, what can I add to that? For me, what goes hand in hand with trusting your knowing is speaking true. This can sometimes be a challenge because you may not be sure how the person will hear what you have to say. BUT if you know that you are being the the fullest, most powerful expression of you, and trust that, you will speak the purity of the energy of your knowing....and that is what will be heard. If you trust your knowing and stay true to the energetics of any situation, even if it feels uncomfortable in the moment, you will know that whatever you say will be for the highest potential. |

New Easy Woman Of The Month
Miri Naveh
Miri's story is one that many will relate to. Read here how she came to realise that she was struggling too much and had lost joy and ease in her life. And how by knowing that she had found the opportunity to change this once and for all she had to go for it! We are always looking for New Easy Women to highlight each month. Please let us know if you, or a woman you know, would be willing to share your experience and inspire our readers. |

Upcoming Events in 2007
Join Us!! This is a tentative listing. As mentioned, NEW is definitely evolving and we will know in the moment what is right for that to continue. With that said, here are some things that are currently on the calendar... Deb and friends have created a New Easy Women Mini-Retreat to take place at her home in Dunstable, MA on March 10th. Only 7 spaces left, so let Deb know ASAP if you'd like to come play... New Easy Women will be featured as part of Lowell Women's Week March 3-10. Deb will be speaking on Wednesday, March 7, followed by a reception and book signing. Jane's New Easy Women artwork will be on display at the University of Massachusetts Lowell South Campus Library for the month of March! The New Easy Women Transitions Group also begins in March in the US. This is an 8 week program designed for women to create their next adventure! The group is limited to eight participants and we know it will be a powerful and transformational experience. In May, Lynne and friends will be running a New Easy Women Weekend in Devon, UK May 11- 13. We are also working with friends in Denmark to create an event there the following weekend. More to come! Our events continue to become more co-creational - just as we'd intended. This movement definitely has an energy all it's own! Please let us know if you are called to co-create an event or weekend with us. |
