Welcome to New Easy Women News.

Things are so EXCITING - even more than usual - for NEW this month! We are together in Dunstable (US not UK!) and haven't stopped since Lynne arrived last week. We are just back from our latest NEW weekend - and what a weekend, we were with 4 wonderful women and we all co-created such a powerful and magical time togther in the stunning New Hampshire mountains.

We were awe inspired by how open and willing everyone was to explore and play with new ways of being. We ALL left as so much more than we arrived.

We have also appeared on Local TV, been interviewed by a journalist, facilitated a women's networking event - and visited New Orleans. More about that next month.

"New Easy Women change the world with their presence."

This month we both have the same perspective: Changing the world with your presence has been a real theme since we've been together in the US this time, it came up a lot during our weekend and during the interviews we have been doing.

So what does it mean? To us this encapsulates why we are all here. More and more people are saying ‘there must be more to life than this’, they want it for themselves and they want to make a difference to the world - to know what their purpose is. But it all feels too big and so they get stuck on finding what they feel is their contribution because they believe it has to be something huge and spectacular. They believe their life will have to change dramatically.

What if it doesn’t? What if all you need to do is be the fullest expression of your own unique energy? We know, because we are doing it ourselves and because we have helped many people do it, that this really is all you have to do. When you allow yourself to reconnect with the core essence of who you are - your unique energy - and bring that fully present so that it fills every cell and fiber of your body you will access newer and more powerful levels of you. You will glow with your energy, you will feel vibrant, inspired, energized and you will make different choices because you want to.

You will soon experience the people around you responding – they might say things like ‘you look amazing!’ or ‘I’ll have some of what you’re on’ And you’ll notice that they feel better when they’re with you, or they might just show up differently, not because you’ve done or said anything in particular, just because you are being you. The secret is that it is how you show up in the world, who you are being, that makes the difference, not what you do.

For some people it’s enough to know this and they choose to carry on their lives in the same way but owning how uniquely magnificent they are and being that in all they do. Others realize that they want to find a different way to express their uniqueness and they find what is theirs to do and make it happen – with ease and joy.

How can you achieve this? By allowing yourself to let go of beliefs, thoughts, fears that have gradually been building up and that act as a barrier between you and the core of who you are. Then you can reconnect with that level of you – some people describe it as a sense of coming home. It’s not about you becoming a different person, it’s simply about you accessing different levels of you and allowing that to come present so that you can become more of who you have always been.

When you do this you become the fullest most magnificent expression of your unique power and energy – and that’s when you change the world with your presence. Whatever you choose to do from there is just a bonus.

Chris has experienced challenge after challenge in her life over the past two years. All of which finally caused her to lose her usual amazing positive, upbeat approach to life. To quote Chris, she 'lost her mo-jo" and no matter what she tried she couldn't get it back. But she has now - and more - look out world! Read her story......
